You retain ownership of all content you submit to our platform for translation. Nativ retains ownership of the platform, technology, and any improvements made thereto.

Data Processing

Content submitted for translation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train our models without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nativ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
